Ntende Beka Isabirye
FOUNDER & TEAM LEADER
Ntende Beka Isabirye is a Youth leader and a YALI East graduate from Uganda with 9 years record experience in community Development. Since 2014, he has volunteered with a number of local and international organizations including Restless Development, Irise International, Dance4life among others on programs aimed at generation of active Citizenship, promotion of Youth economic empowerment and advocating for access to quality education for youth in his local community.
He is founder & the team leader at Tech Reach Africa with strong interest to make a difference for the young people in Uganda through his work on Youth and women empowerment projects with focus on Digital literacy.

Racheal Mpiriirwe
Advisory committee
A professional Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in Youth Programing, Gender, Human rights, Education and Governance issues. Racheal possesses proven leadership skills involving managing, committed to and smart on tackling issues. Excellent at delivering and building capacity of youth and women development initiatives including Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism using Human Rights Based approaches. Highly skilled in project planning, execution, management, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of diverse projects across a wide range of organizations and countries.
Racheal Mpiriirwe is supporting Tech Reach Africa’s mission through serving on the advisory Board.

Peter Ogik
Advisory Committee
Peter Ogik is the co-founder and Executive Director of the Source of the Nile Union of Persons with Albinism (SNUPA a disability rights non-governmental organization in Uganda, led by person with albinism for persons with albinism, Peter is also one of the Board of directors and Treasurer on the National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda – NUDIPU.
His work has been recognized among the Champions of the Albinism Cause by United Nations Human Rights, Office of The High Commissioner and featured in a Guardian article on ten top global disability activists. Mr. Ogik is United states Professional Fellow alumni, and One Young World Enterprise for Peace Ambassador

Mawejje Muhammed
Advisory committee
Mawejje Muhammed serves on Tech Reach Africa’s Advisory Board. He is the founder and CEO at Mawejje Creations, a social business revolutionizing the fashion industry using plant-based substances and textile waste to mitigate challenges in fast fashion and climate change. Mawejje’s involvement and work at Tech Reach Africa is fueled and motivated by his passion for youth development especially in areas of Education and Employment.

Shirley Gladys
Curriculum Director
With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and two masters’ degrees in ICT Management and Intellectual property respectively, Shirley Gladys Nakyejwe is a Senior ICT Officer at Uganda’s Ministry of ICT and National Guidance. She also has over 6 years of experience in research and curriculum development having previously worked Makerere University where she supported the review and design of various graduate curricula for several programs including MSc and PGD in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Systems. At Tech Reach Africa, Shirley serves as the Learning & Curriculum Development lead bring a set of many skills and experience into this very important role.

Francis Arinaitwe
Programs Manager
With a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Makerere University and currently a board of Restless Development Uganda hub. Arinaitwe Francis has 8 years of comprehensive experience in community Development and running and facilitating community mobilization initiatives at both national and international arena.
Through his involvement in several projects across Africa, Francis has gained a great set of skills especially in Project management, Qualitative research and Evidence based Advocacy. Francis serves as the Programs Manager at Tech Reach Africa

Kevin Nanteza
Finance and Administration
A professional Chemist with a BSc in Industrial Chemistry. Nanteza Kevin has worked as a chemical analyst at Sanga Vet Chem, a chemical company that is involved in manufacturing, marketing and distributing of quality veterinary pharmaceuticals to farmers in Uganda and East Africa.
Kevin believes that quality Education provides an opportunity for all people to reach their full potential and it is because of this belief that she joined Tech reach Africa to support its mission by serving as the finance and Admin officer. Her role largely involves

Ramathan Atukwase
Partnership and Resource Mobilisation.
With a BSc in Information Technology from Ndejje University and an Advanced Diploma in Community Project Planning and Management from Makerere University Kampala, Atukwase Ramadhan is a National Gender Youth Activist - in Uganda at UN Women working towards empowering women and girls. He is a YALI RLCEA Alumnus Civic Leadership track and Mentor, a former Google Developers students club (GDSC) Lead at Ndejje University, and a GDSC Mentor at the Botswana Accountancy College, Ndejje University and Kabale University respectively.
Rammah is supporting Tech Reach Africa’s mission by serving as the Partnership and resource Mobilization lead, a very crucial role in the development and scaling of our projects.

Daphyne Ekinamushabire
Communications Lead.
Daphine is a passionate communications professional with over 8 years of experience driving project success and impact. She excels in a range of communication disciplines, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, media relations, branding, and project management. Daphine holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Uganda Christian University and has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective communication plans, managing social media channels, and building strong relationships with media and stakeholders. Additionally,
she brings expertise in content creation, crisis communication, and human-centered design principles for impactful communication interventions.
Daphine contributes to Tech Reach Africa’s Mission through her role as the communications lead for the Organization.

Abraham Magero
Volunteer Management and Training Lead.
Abraham Magero is a dedicated changemaker with over 4 years of experience in delivering creative trainings on leadership and business. His most recent engagements with the Innovation village have seen him equip young people across Eastern Uganda with skills necessary for them to start and run sustainable businesses.
Abraham’s supports Tech Reach Africa’s goal through his role as the lead for community engagement and training.

Silas Kelsen
International Volunteer Program
A student in his final year at Køge Handelsskole in Denmark, Silas Lindsten Kelsen is driven by a love for travel and a desire to experience different cultures, Silas had the life-changing opportunity to visit Uganda in April 2022 with his boarding school. After his trip, Silas maintained contact after returning to Denmark and became actively involved in Tech Reach Africa, formerly ICT4Education.
His desire and dedication to make positively impact the lives of others is the motivating factor behind his continued involvement with Tech Reach Africa. He contributes to the organization’s mission by serving as an assistant partnership and resource mobilization.
